For the early spring application we will use  a pre-emergent crabgrass control to prevent the growth of crabgrass and other weeds. We will use a fertilizer that is high in nitrogen to promote early-season growth. 

We will apply a fertilizer that is high in phosphorus and potassium to promote root growth and prepare the lawn for the summer heat. If you have the Flea & Tick Program you will get your first application along with this visit.

This round you also get a grub control treatment. During the summer months we use a slow-release nitrogen fertilizer to promote healthy growth and maintain green color. If you have the Flea & Tick Program you will get your second application along with this visit. Water deeply after application to ensure proper absorption. 

 Late summer fertilization helps replenish nutrients depleted during the active growth period of summer, aiding in recovery from stress caused by heat, drought, and foot traffic. 

  Fall fertilizer application promotes strong root development, enhancing the resilience of plants against winter stress. Additionally, fall fertilizer aids in weed control and disease resistance, contributing to the overall health and appearance of the landscape. 

 Apply a winterizer fertilizer that is high in potassium to promote root growth and improve winter hardiness. This will help your lawn stay green longer and bounce back quickly in the spring. 

 An application in the spring with your first visit and another one with your last visit will ensure your soil stays conditioned all season long 

 3 Applications of Flea & Tick control help protect your lawn, pets and yourself against pests. 

 Core aeration can help to reduce soil compaction, allowing nutrients, air, and water to penetrate the soil more easily.  Overseeding can help to improve the density of your lawn, filling in bare spots and thin areas.  

 Slice seeding can help to address issues such as thinning, bare patches, or damage caused by pests, disease, or environmental factors
